I’m Andrew Fogliato—and I help the real estate industry make smarter moves.

It started with me as a young Realtor, fumbling my way through Facebook Ads trying to figure out how the hell to get a lead.

Then it turned into running a marketing agency that helped thousands of agents do the same thing, only better and faster.

And now, it’s grown into something much bigger.

Today, I’m the publisher of Real Estate Magazine (REM), one of the most trusted media platforms in Canadian real estate.

I speak across the country. I work behind the scenes with top companies.

And I help the people shaping the future of real estate actually understand what’s coming and what to do about it.

What I Actually Do

I’m not a “thought leader” with no operator chops. And I’m not just a marketing guy yelling about algorithms and the latest fad.

Here’s what I do, in plain English:

  • I speak at real estate events on marketing, AI, lead generation, and the trends reshaping the industry.

  • I run Real Estate Magazine, where we cut through the noise and publish content for serious professionals.

  • I advise brokerages, vendors, and brands on strategy, systems, and growth.

Too many people in this space are selling shortcuts or coasting on stage with the same tired playbook. I’m not here for that.

I’m here for the people doing the work. The broker owners, team leaders, and ag ents building real businesses, day in and day out.

My job is to help them keep up with change, cut through the fluff, and take action that actually moves the needle.

The Long Version (aka The Journey)

I was a Realtor first. Not a great one. Not a bad one. But I knew early on I was more obsessed with the marketing of real estate than the listings themselves.

So I pivoted.

I became a trainer for one of the big franchisors, working directly with agents across offices to improve their marketing, systems, and sales skills. That gave me a front-row seat to what was broken—and what was actually working.

But I wanted to go deeper.

So I launched Just Sell Homes, one of Canada’s first Facebook ad agencies focused exclusively on Realtors. We helped agents and we ran eight figures in ad spend. We built systems that scaled.

Then I acquired Real Estate Magazine (REM). A legacy print publication that needed a full transformation. We took it digital. We rebuilt the brand from the ground up. And now, it’s one of the most trusted voices in Canadian real estate once again.

Along the way, I’ve:

  • Spoken on stages across the country (and built a few myself)

  • Helped brokers with turn their chaos into systems

  • Guided vendor brands to better marketing strategies and stronger positioning

  • Led workshops, masterminds, and consulting teams behind the scenes

Now? I’m doubling down on where I can create the most impact:
